Harvey and McPhee have worked together for 17 years. At JLL, they provided advice and service to Bay Area space users such as Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Verisign, AT&T Wireless and Salesforce.com.

Prior to JLL, they were vice presidents at Prentiss Properties, with overseeing and handling leasing for a 5 million-sf portfolio of office and industrial properties. While there, they negotiated Prentiss' acquisition of 2.2 million sf of office and industrial product, as well as development sites for an additional 1 million sf of office space.

"We consider our Silicon Valley operations a strategic component of C&W's Northern California's presence," says Joe Cook, who oversees C&W's operations in Northern California. "The addition of these two brokerage veterans will complement our existing professionals and presence in the market."
