Private Dining Club Comes to Town Center

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA-A new private dining establishment, Town Center City Club, makes plans to open up to its selected list of guests in an 8,500-sf space at the Town Center of Virginia Beach, which features 825,000 sf of retail space.

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA-The Town Center City Club has laid the groundwork to open its doors at the nearly two-million-sf the Town Center of Virginia Beach with the recent signing of a lease for nearly 8,500 sf.

The private dining club will make its home in the two-story, 825,000-sf retail portion of the mixed-use development, where retail space is marketed through Divaris Real Estate for $25 to $35 per-sf. Divaris represented property owner Town Center Associates in the deal, while Koleszar Properties stood in for the tenant.
