Pacific Development Partners has acquired the asset from Washington Plaza Joint Venture. Gary Goss of Burnham Capital Markets has secured the new financing for Pacific Development Partners. Bill Barnett and Doug Hogan of Burnham Real Estate Oncor International acted on behalf of Pacific Development Partners, while Washington Plaza Joint Venture was represented in-house by Zaid Astarabadi.
