Two Tenants Take on 43,000 SF at Office Park

RESTON, VA-The 415,000-sf office compound made up of the three office structures known as Commerce Executive Park III, IV and V, has made way for two new tenants who have committed to leases on a total of 43,000 sf. Information technology firm Cexec Inc. and Science Applications International Corp. have not disclosed the financial terms of the lease agreements, but space at the three-building complex leases for $15 to $22.50 per sf, according to property owner Charles E. Smith Commercial Realty.

Cexec will occupy approximately 21,500 sf under a seven-year lease in Commerce Executive V, a 180,000-sf structure developed in 1989. The company will begin occupying its space at 11440 Commerce Dr. in April. SAIC will make its home in a 21,800-sf space within the 150,000-sf Commerce Executive IV, which was built in 1988 and carries the address of 11400 Commerce Dr. SAIC, which plans to move in next month, signed a two-year lease.
