Waldrop Leaves CBRE for Cushman & Wakefield

ATLANTA-The former asset disposition specialist in the disbanded federal Resolution Trust Corp. participated in deals totaling five million sf and valued at $500 million at CB Richard Ellis Inc.

ATLANTA-Cushman & Wakefield believes it has strengthened its local operations with the hiring of Art Waldrop, a former senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis Inc. where he participated in deals totaling five million sf and valued at $500 million in a 10-year period.

Waldrop “brings depth and experience” to C&W’s local division, says Bruce Mosler, president of U.S. operations at C&W. He expects Waldrop to bolster the local office’s expertise with multinational and national corporations.
