Berkshire Court, Bracknell consists of two office buildings totalling 48,606 sf and is let to Pace Micro Technology, Accenture and Premier Prison Services on terms expiring between 2009 and 2012. The properties provide a rental income of £1.3 million ($2.3 million) per annum.
And Madford Retail Park, Stafford comprises 77,709 sf of mixed-use accommodation and tenants include Currys, Tiles R Us, Wickes and Lidl. The park produces a current rental income of approximately £830,622 ($1.5 million) per annum.
