The Park Terrace project, formerly known as Windsor, has been conceived by an entity of Canadian-based Intracorp Developments Ltd., known as Intracorp Real Estate LLC dba Intracorp San Diego. Proposed for downtown's East Village neighborhood, the development is slated to rise on a block bounded by Tenth and Eleventh avenues, K Street and Park Boulevard. The parcel is located directly adjacent to the soon to be completed Petco Park baseball stadium, a monumental project for downtown that has been credited with helping to spark the current development craze here.

Park Terrace's design plans, which have been drawn up by architectural firm Fehlman LaBarre, call for 211 condo units and 19,940 sf of retail space. These components will be housed in a pair of facilities that will comprise the Park Terrace complex. The two buildings will stand eight and 14 stories high, respectively. If all goes as planned, Park Terrace is expected to be completed by the summer of 2006.
