CCDC Grants DRA to Intracorp

SAN DIEGO-A mixed-use project that is planned for Downtown San Diego has moved one step closer to fruition, as Centre City Development Corp.'s board of directors has accorded design review approval to the proposed Park Terrace complex.

SAN DIEGO-Another condo project with a retail component is in the works in Downtown San Diego, as Centre City Development Corp.’s board of directors has granted design review approval to the proposed Park Terrace complex. The development is one of many mixed-use projects currently in the planning stages or under construction in downtown, as the development community continues to capitalize on the significant demand for both housing and retail here.

The Park Terrace project, formerly known as Windsor, has been conceived by an entity of Canadian-based Intracorp Developments Ltd., known as Intracorp Real Estate LLC dba Intracorp San Diego. Proposed for downtown’s East Village neighborhood, the development is slated to rise on a block bounded by Tenth and Eleventh avenues, K Street and Park Boulevard. The parcel is located directly adjacent to the soon to be completed Petco Park baseball stadium, a monumental project for downtown that has been credited with helping to spark the current development craze here.
