Corporate Housing Honcho Bulks Up

ARLINGTON, VA-BridgeStreet Corporate Housing Worldwide, an affiliate of Interstate Hotels & Resorts, has increased its stable of executive housing options with the signing of five new partners to the company’s Licensed Global Partners program. With the new associates come a total of 1,530 additional units to BridgeStreet’s existing portfolio of nearly 6,000 corporate apartments. “With the addition of these five new Licensed Global Partners, BridgeStreet now has 17 Licensed Global Partners and is available in 42 markets throughout the US, Canada, Paris and London,” BridgeStreet president Lee Curtis notes.

The new partners include Denver’s ExecNet Properties, Stamford, CT’s Executive Room Service, Albuquerque, NM-based US Suites, and Custom Corporates in Nashville. And rounding out the bunch are three Wynne Residential properties, one each Raleigh, NC, Richmond, VA, and Tidewater, VA. “The partners we select have the best reputations in their markets so that our guests will continue to have complete confidence in our brand as we continue to expand,” adds Curtis.
