California Firm Moves Into 5,000 SF

HOUSTON-Pacific Process Systems of Bakersfield, CA strikes a short-term lease for one of the few freestanding industrial buildings in that size in the northwest submarket. The half-acre of fenced yard also helps sway the deal.

HOUSTON-In a market entry, Pacific Process Systems Inc. of Bakersfield, CA has moved into a 5,000-sf industrial building at 8420 Rayson Rd. in northwest Houston.

Greg Egan with LeaseSquareFeet.com tells GlobeSt.com that the oil services firm chose the address because it was only one of a few available freestanding buildings in that size in the northwest submarket. Pacific Process signed a short-term lease for a property near the intersection of Bingle Road and Hempstead Highway in what is considered Houston’s largest concentration of industrial distribution properties.
