Florida Association of Realtors Taps Kowalski as President

MIAMI-Frank E. Kowalski, a broker and owner of Metro Dade Realty Inc. in the city, has been named 2004 president-elect of the Florida Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches where he served in many positions, including president, first vice president and secretary.

Kowalski was also vice president-secretary for the Florida Realtor Association in 2002, chairman of the Local Board Presidents Information Exchange and vice chair of the Building Committee in 2003. Other posts on his resume include chairman of the Florida Real Estate Commission and national president of the Council of Residential Specialists. He is a director with the National Association of Realtors and has served on many of its committees.
