Larry Harwood supervised the transaction for iCap. The company also reports that Harwood has recently Harwood is the only Michigan CCIM member who exclusively focuses on brokering commercial loans.
iCap's Matthew Shane has arranged a $1.18 million loan for the refinancing of a 6,408 sf owner-occupied office building in Bloomfield Hills, MI. The borrower financed 84.9% of the appraised value with a 10-year fixed note, 20-year amortization schedule that closed at 5.89%. The borrower closed in 30 days and incurred no costs from the lender, including all third-party reports.
