Xerox Takes 9,813 SF in NW Houston

HOUSTON-Xerox Corp. takes the office/warehouse space at 10633 W. Little York in the Bondesen Business Park. The top name, inking a long-term commitment, will move in within 60 to 90 days in a relocation from within the same submarket.

HOUSTON-Xerox Corp. has signed a long-term lease for 9,813 sf of office/warehouse space at 10633 W. Little York in the Bondesen Business Park in Houston’s northwest corridor.

Rochester, NY-based Xerox will move in within 60 to 90 days in a relocation from within the northwest submarket, Brad Berry with Vantage Cos. Houston division tells GlobeSt.com. He says Xerox will use the 50-50% office/warehouse combo for research, development, training, storage and shipping operations. According to Berry, Xerox chose the park because of its appearance and location in a 365,000-sf park, with 130,000 sf in two buildings set aside for office/warehouse tenants and the balance dedicated to flex and distribution space.
