The city of Woodbury's Planning Commission and City Council recently approved the concept for the development of the project, which is just south of Prime Outlets. The plan incorporates new urbanism concepts such as pedestrian friendly streetscapes, interconnected trail systems to the overall park system, vertical mixed land uses, transit friendly features and coordinated architectural designs.
Ralph Sanjurjo of the Sanjurjo Co. has been associated with Del American/Leeches Development Company for more than six years, providing site selection and due diligence, initial market analysis, and financial and real estate tax consulting. He works out of Orlando, FL, where Del American is also based.
