Strategic Properties Plans Mixed-use Project

MIAMI-Strategic Properties Inc., formed last year, is planning to develop a mixed-use project here. Plans call the existing 42,000-sf office building at 4300 Biscayne Blvd. to be converted into office condos and adding a residential building. Strategic closed on the two-acre parcel late last year.

The new residential building will contain approximately 170 units, all of which will have views of Biscayne Bay. Strategic Properties was formed by Henry Pino, who serves as its president. Pino formerly was a partner in charge of company operations for South Florida-based BAP Development Inc., a large South Florida developer, which he left to form his own company. Strategic targets urban in-fill mixed-use development opportunities.
