Mortgage Bankers Certify 15

ORLANDO-The first class of 2004 is the largest group to graduate at the annual Commercial Real Estate Finance/Multifamily Housing Convention and Expo which wound up four days of sessions at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.

ORLANDO-The 2,700-company Mortgage Bankers Association has awarded 15 professionals Certified Mortgage Banker designations, the highest calling in the real estate finance industry. The MBA made the awards as it wound up four days of sessions at its annual Commercial Real Estate Finance/Multifamily Housing Convention and Expo at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.

“These professionals are dedicated to the commercial and residential real estate finance industries and will help shape the future of mortgage banking,” says Clifford B. Hardy, chair of MBA’s Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance board of governors. “The CMB designation is a mark of distinction in the real estate finance industry and reflects an individual’s superior knowledge and commitment to excellence.”
