The residential project will be named Skyline at Mary Brickell Village and will be located at 900 S.W. First Ave. Home prices start at $250,000 and the one-, two- and three-bedroom units will average 1,250 sf. Most of them will have views of historic Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, the Brickell Financial District, Key Biscayne, the Miami skyline and South Beach. The residences will start on the 11th floor, above parking and a retail component, which is anchored by an upscale Publix Gourmet Market.

Fairfield will be the general contractor for the residences, which have a planned ground-breaking of the second quarter of 2005. The residential tower is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2007. Skyline Equities Realty will market and sell the units.

"This will be one of Miami's most unique environments in which to live, shop and play," according to Evangeline Gouletas, chairman and CEO of Skyline Equities Realty. "Mary Brickell Village, with its residential and retail mix, will further establish the Brickell area as a true 24-hour environment."

Amenities at the tower will include a private recreation deck with a meditation pavilion, an entertainment suite, a resort-style pool and spa, valet parking, 24-hour concierge services and a security system. The residences will have custom European kitchen cabinets, balconies, granite countertops and backsplashes, full-size, stackable washers and dryers, wiring for the Internet, cable and security. Also available will be his and her sinks in the master bathrooms, a 5-ft steeping tub, a stainless steel appliance package, and separate tub and shower layouts.

The commercial component of the project, which is under construction, is owned by a team led by Constructa.
