In Northern California, Centillium Corp. has leased a 104,400-sf, two-story tilt-up office building at 201-255 Fourier Ave. in Fremont, CA. The asking lease rate for space in the building was $0.69 per sf per month.

In Phoenix, AZ, American Express Travel has renewed its commitment to 75,000 sf at Executive Center at Southbank, a 140,000-sf concrete tilt-up near Sky Harbor Airport. The lease leaves 18,215 sf available at the property. Asking rates for space in the 13-year-old building are $0.90 per sf per month.

In San Diego, Quantum Design leased Bedford's 50,000-sf tilt-up R&D building at 6325 Lusk Blvd. for six years. There was no asking lease rate available for the property. The building was built in 1991.
