The mission has renewed its 33,000-sf lease at for an additional six years at "reduced rent over the next four years," Anderson point out. The mission renewed with four years before its current deal expired. The ownership of One Dag Hammarskjold Plaza was self represented.

The mission's diplomatic offices will remain on the 43rd and 44th floors of the 50-story, Class A office tower. The property, located at 885 Second Ave, between 47th and 48th streets, serves as the home of the Permanent Missions of Ireland, the United Kingdom, Sweden and Denmark, among others.
