The office space at 55 Miracle Mile is located on the second and third floors. It features 14-ft ceilings and expansive windows and balconies fronting Miracle Mile. The first floor will house retail companies and have an open-air, European-style passage from Miracle Mile to Aragon Avenue and displays a central fountain, cafes and landscaping. The project also includes a 12-story, 184-unit luxury residential tower off Aragon Avenue in the back of the complex.
