The 150,000-sf building is located at 23 Esquire Rd. in the North Billerica Industrial Park which fronts Route 3. It houses the worldwide corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility for BTU International, Inc., a company that provides thermal processing systems and equipment to the electronics, materials, and semiconductor sectors.
