CH Robinson Leases New 58,000-SF Building

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-Liberty Property will build the sixth and last building in its Flying Cloud Corporate Campus here for the major shipping firm.

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-C.H. Robinson will lease a new 58,000-sf building in Eden Prairie, as one of two buildings it has planned for expansion. The company plans to lease a single-story office building being built as the completion to Liberty Property Trust’s Flying Cloud Corporate Campus on Columbine Road. The building will be the last of six on the campus, which has space totaling more than 290,000 sf.

The company’s other planned expansion is at an 80,000-sf office building in Chicago. The company said it would spend about $20 million over the course of 2004 to buy and renovate the building in Chicago. and to furnish both the building there and the one in Eden Prairie.
