The largest mixed-use complex in the West, Embarcadero Center has more than four million sf of office and retail space spanning six blocks in the heart of the city's commercial district. The center is comprised of five office towers, three interconnected shopping levels within four towers and the historic Old Federal Reserve Bank Building. The retail component features more than 100 retail spaces.

"The Embarcadero Center is one of the symbols of Downtown San Francisco," says Joseph Cook, C&W's senior managing director and local branch manager. "We welcome the opportunity."

The project was developed by David Rockefeller & Associates, with groundbreaking in 1968 and completion in 1989. The complex was acquired by Boston Properties in 1998. Embarcadero Center is bounded by Clay, Sacramento, Drumm and Battery streets in San Francisco's new Downtown Waterfront district.

Morgan has been involved in commercial real estate transactions in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1989 and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers and Commercial Real Estate Women. The retail leasing assignment for Embarcadero Center was previously held by Vicki Johnson of locally based Johnson Hoke Retail leasing & Development. Morgan, Johnson and Boston Properties were unavailable Monday afternoon for comment.
