C&W Wins Embarcadero Center Retail Assignment

SAN FRANCISCO-Boston Properties has handed the retail leasing assignment for Embarcadero Center–at 350,000 sf the largest such assignment Downtown–to the local office of New York City-based Cushman & Wakefield. Senior director Kazuko Morgan will serve as retail leasing representative.

The largest mixed-use complex in the West, Embarcadero Center has more than four million sf of office and retail space spanning six blocks in the heart of the city’s commercial district. The center is comprised of five office towers, three interconnected shopping levels within four towers and the historic Old Federal Reserve Bank Building. The retail component features more than 100 retail spaces.
