The property is located at 387 Diablo Rd. The restaurant building was vacated in August 2003. The bank plans to consolidate onto the property its current Danville office at 402 Railroad Ave. and its headquarters office located at 3189 Danville Blvd. in Alamo, CA. Both locations are leased.

The bank purchased the Diablo Road property from Edward A. Keith of Napa, CA. Its broker for the transaction was Carpenter Robbins of San Ramon, CA. If all goes smoothly, the bank expects to effect the consolidation within the next two years.

"Our commitment to creating a permanent location in downtown Danville is a result of the enormously positive response we have received from businesses and individuals in the Tri-Valley area.
