Chwick, who most recently worked as an investment sales broker for the local office of Cushman & Wakefield, began his real estate career with Terranova seven years ago. At Cushman & Wakefield, he closed more than $70 million in investment sales transactions last year.
Terranova is currently involved in almost eight million sf of commercial real estate projects for its clients; these are valued at close to $1 billion. The company provides asset and property management, leasing, tenant representation, dispositions, financing, construction management and development services.
