Terranova Expands Into Multifamily Sector

MIAMI-Terranova Corp., a locally based advisory firm, has expanded its brokerage business into the multifamily sector. The company has hired commercial real estate broker Brett Chwick to lead the multifamily-property sales team. Chwick will work in the company’s capital-markets division, which has completed more than $2 billion in sales and debt transactions.

Chwick, who most recently worked as an investment sales broker for the local office of Cushman & Wakefield, began his real estate career with Terranova seven years ago. At Cushman & Wakefield, he closed more than $70 million in investment sales transactions last year.
