Bank of America committed to approximately 6,800 sf of space on the second floor of the four-story structure to house its investments market and premier banking divisions. In the second deal, staff scheduling software developer VasTech signed on for 3,700 sf on the third floor.

"The facility and management offer the professional environment our employees and customers demand--at a reasonable price," VasTech president Josh Vance says. Details of the new occupants' leases have not been disclosed, but according to NAI KLNB Inc.'s Office and Industrial Market Update, class A and B office space in Annapolis leases for an average of $22.86 per-sf as of the end of 2003.
