Two Deals Bring Commerce Park Occupancy to 55%

ANNAPOLIS, MD-The occupancy level at 888 Bestgate Rd. has reached well past the halfway mark with two company’s recent commitment to take on a total of 10,500 sf of space. Located in the Annapolis Commerce Park, the 120,000-sf structure–completed in mid-2002 as the largest class A facility to rise up in Annapolis in the last decade–is now 55% occupied by a diverse list of companies, including offices of Annapolis Medical Center, and the latest tenants, Bank of America and Visual Advance Systems Technology.

Bank of America committed to approximately 6,800 sf of space on the second floor of the four-story structure to house its investments market and premier banking divisions. In the second deal, staff scheduling software developer VasTech signed on for 3,700 sf on the third floor.
