The Aurora, IN-based manufacturer relocated to 5967 S. Loop East after selling a building off South Post Oak Drive to Harris County for a flood control project, Christopher S. Klein in the Houston office of Colliers International tells GlobeSt.com. The building's asking rate is 35 cents per sf industrial gross. Mary Jo Giammalva represented Weingarten at the bargaining table.
