Corporate neighbors within a two-mile radius of the park site include Chick-fil-A, General Electric, Genco, Kellogg's, Costco, Bank of America, Penske, Eastern Foods, Caterpillar, Pitney Bowes, Pilot Air Freight, Coca-Cola Bottling and Cox Communications.

Mark Hawks, Oakmont's vice president of leasing, is handling the marketing assignment in-house. The property is at Buffington Road and South Fulton Parkway. Wachovia Bank is providing the construction financing. Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates is the project architect. The Conlan Co. is the general contractor.
