Pulte Homes Leases 9,000 SF

WESTBOROUGH, MA-Pulte Homes, one of the country's largest homebuilders, leases 8,713 sf at 115 Flanders Rd. Berkeley Investments owns this building as well as 117 Flanders Rd. through a partnership with JP Morgan Partners.

WESTBOROUGH, MA-Home builder Pulte Homes of New England LLC is leasing 8,713 sf at 115 Flanders Rd. Property owner Berkeley Investments Inc. was represented by Brian Mazzocchi, asset manager and by Rob Walles, vice president/partner of CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners. Pulte was represented by Kevin Malloy and Tim Latham of Lincoln Property.

“It is not often that you get an A-credit tenant in this type of market, and when you do, you pursue them aggressively,” says Walles.
