Agiltron is a fiber-optic producer of optical components headquartered in the Boston area. Champion Windows, a manufacture of custom windows and patio rooms, is headquartered in Cincinnati. This new location will be used for a sales office, showroom and the warehousing and distribution of the company's product line. Carlisle Capital owns and manages the three building complex located on Route 93 at 220, 230 and 240 Ballardvale St.
Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for industrial space in the area is approximately $7 per sf while office space goes for about $19 per sf, according to Spaulding & Slye Colliers' most recent statistics.
