17,000-SF Leased Up in Three-Building Complex

WILMINGTON, MA-Carlisle Capital's three-building complex on Ballardvale Street reached 91% occupancy with the signing of two leases totaling 17,470 sf. Agiltron Inc. leased 5,845 sf and Champion Windows leased 11,626 sf.

WILMINGTON, MA-Two leases totaling 17,470 sf were signed for 220 and 230 Ballardvale St. The deals bring the building’s occupancy rate up to 91%. Agiltron Inc. leased 5,845 sf at 220 Ballardvale and Champion Windows leased 11,626 sf at 230 Ballardvale St. Mark Stevens, principal and Chris Curley, vice president, both of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens represented the property owner, Carlisle Capital Corp, in both transactions. Cressa Partners repped Champion.

Agiltron is a fiber-optic producer of optical components headquartered in the Boston area. Champion Windows, a manufacture of custom windows and patio rooms, is headquartered in Cincinnati. This new location will be used for a sales office, showroom and the warehousing and distribution of the company’s product line. Carlisle Capital owns and manages the three building complex located on Route 93 at 220, 230 and 240 Ballardvale St.
