The decision was made due to overwhelming demand from prospective buyers and area market conditions, according to Bruce Weiner, president of Turnberry Associates' Residential Division. "With interest rates continuing at low levels and a shortage of high-rise residences for sale in Aventura, we felt Turnberry on the Green would be most successful as a condominium community," says Weiner, who adds that the company has received a lot of interest from current residents.

The units are priced from less than $200,000 to more than $600,000. The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, penthouses and tower suites range from 938 sf to 2,305 sf. The tower has a two-story private fitness center and spa, an executive business center, a billiards room and an outdoor social deck, among other amenities.
