Bull Realty Adds Medical Division

ATLANTA-Todd Perman, former regional sales manager of Stryker Communications, will head the new sector, Healthcare Realty Group. Lee Whitfield, former regional director for Co-Star Group, joins Bull Realty's investment property division.

ATLANTA-Locally based Bull Realty Inc. has beefed up its operations with the addition of seven brokers and the formation of a medical division. Todd Perman, former regional sales manager of Stryker Communications, a medical technology firm, will head the new sector which will focus on buyer and tenant representation for the healthcare industry, Perman says.

Other brokers joining the 20-broker firm are Lee Whitfield, Jill Collins, Rob Whitmire, Xavjah Street, Frank O’Connor and Davey Serrano. Whitfield is a former regional manager of the investment property group at CB Richard Ellis Inc. and a former regional director for Co-Star Group.
