CSM Lodging Links Up With Marriott ExecuStay

MINNEAPOLIS-CSM will have the franchise rights for the extended stay corporate housing division of Marriott for the Twin Cities area.

MINNEAPOLIS-CSM Executive Lodging LLC, an affiliate of CSM Corp., says it has formed a franchise alliance for the Twin Cities market with ExecuStay by Marriott. ExecuStay is the corporate housing division of Marriott International, and adds to the existing Marriott Courtyard, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, and TownePlace Suites franchises currently owned and operated by Minneapolis based CSM Lodging, under a franchise agreement with Marriott International Inc.

At ExecuStay, travelers who require stays of 30 days or more can arrange for a fully furnished apartment anywhere in the Twin Cities. All apartments include fully equipped kitchens and bed and bath linens. Monthly rates include basic utilities, phone service and cable television.
