SEATTLE-Preparing to relocate its 30-person Eastside office, the Palo Alto, CA-based law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has signed a new lease for 21,000 sf of office space at the 76-story Bank of America Tower in Downtown Seattle.

The law firm caters to technology and growth companies. It’s existing office is located in about 16,000 sf at Carillon Point in Kirkland, WA. The move will occur in May. The term and rate on the new lease was not readily available. Asking rates for space in the building range from $27- to $37 per sf per year, fully serviced. According to officespace.com, there is about 456,000 sf available in the 1.5 million-sf Bank of America Tower.
