The fully leased Parkview II is a three-story, 64,841-sf office building located just south of the Katy Freeway and west of Barker Cypress Road. The quoted rent is $18 per sf. Doug Little with Houston-based PM Realty Group represented the building owner, KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, CA.
