HOUSTON-Hines Nurseries Inc. has renewed a 6,947-sf headquarters location for the long term in Parkview II on Houston’s west side. The firm, a division of Hines Horticulture Inc. in Irvine, CA, has had its corporate offices at 333 Cypress Run for nearly four years.

Tenant representative, Josh J. LaRocca with Insite Realty Partners in Houston, says the horticultural company looked around, but the existing space configuration and the offer on the table were the deciding factors to stay put. The supplier of ornamental, container-grown plants has nurseries in Texas, California, Oregon, South Carolina and Pennsylvania.
