Parkview II Holds HQ Tenant

HOUSTON-Hines Nurseries Inc. re-ups 6,947 sf for the long term after spending the last four years in Parkview II at 333 Cypress Run on the city's west side. The renewal keeps the 64,841-sf office building at 100% occupancy.

HOUSTON-Hines Nurseries Inc. has renewed a 6,947-sf headquarters location for the long term in Parkview II on Houston’s west side. The firm, a division of Hines Horticulture Inc. in Irvine, CA, has had its corporate offices at 333 Cypress Run for nearly four years.

Tenant representative, Josh J. LaRocca with Insite Realty Partners in Houston, says the horticultural company looked around, but the existing space configuration and the offer on the table were the deciding factors to stay put. The supplier of ornamental, container-grown plants has nurseries in Texas, California, Oregon, South Carolina and Pennsylvania.
