NHF in Central London Freehold Deal

LONDON-The National Housing Federation has bought the 30,873 sf Lion Court office development at Procter Street, London, WC1 from Bee Bee Developments for pounds 13.74 million ($26 million).

LONDON-The National Housing Federation has found a new Midtown building to serve as its headquarters. The social housing trade body has paid Finstart (a subsidiary of Bee Bee Developments) £13.74 million ($26 million) for the freehold of Lion Court, a new 30,873 sf office building at Procter Street, London, WC1.

As part of the same deal, the NHF is selling its current 9,600 sf headquarters at nearby 175 Gray’s Inn Road, London, WC1, to Finstart for £2 million ($4 million).
