Houston division, tells GlobeSt.com that the oilfield services firm, a division of the St. Louis-based Nooter Corp., has been subleasing the distribution space at 10810 W. Little York Rd. for two years from electrical manufacturer Ansalso Ross Hill. The firm's five-year lease recently expired, Menuet says.
