The complex is about 95% occupied and other tenants include: Ernst & Young LLP, KPMG LLP, Wachovia Bank, Harris Bank, Smith Barney, Greenberg Traurig, Foley & Lardner, Slim-Fast Foods Co., Gunster Yoakley & Stewart, Alliance Capital Management, Steel Hector & Davis and Kaye Scholer.
