The following companies have been added to the tenant roster at Flagler Shops. All of their leases, which total 11,970 sf, are for a term of three years: InterAmerican Medical Center inked a deal for 3,600 sf; Day Training Center signed a lease for 3,480 sf; 1010 Medical Center Corp. is taking 2,200 sf; Bird Land-represented by carols Araguez of Keyes Co.--leased 1,820 sf; and Computer Excellence signed a lease for 870 sf.
Anthony Garcia, an associate for Horizon Properties of Miami Inc., based in Miami Lakes, FL, represented West Flagler Partners, the owner of Flagler Shops, in all five transactions.
