IHC Medical Facility Complete

SANTA YSABEL, CA-The Indian Health Council Inc. wraps up work on its 6,100-sf satellite clinic located on Old School House Canyon Road.

SANTA YSABEL, CA-The Indian Health Council Inc. has completed its new medical building, known as the Santa Ysabel Satellite Clinic, in Northern San Diego County.

Located at Old School House Canyon Road, the facility encompasses a total of 6,100 sf. It took a total of 10 months to build, according to Rob Netzer, a Roel Construction Co. project manager who worked on the facility. “The shape and design of the building is unique,” Netzer tells GlobeSt.com. He explains that there are virtually no square corners on the facility, which made for an “interesting framing job.” The building is comprised of three medical exam rooms, a treatment section, three dental operatories, a full pharmacy and a community area with a kitchen.
