Originally ING took a sublease on 33,090 sf on the first floor and part of the ground floor. Now it has taken a co-terminus sublease on the 22,800 sf second floor, until July 2014 at a total annual rental of £641,806 ($1.2 million). Lambert Smith Hampton and Holley Blake were letting agents.
Tim Caiger, Oracle's vice president of Real Estate, says: "We are very pleased with the letting of this building in a difficult market. We were advised that our building would prove to be attractive to occupiers due to its quality and location close to Junction 10 of the M4 motorway, and this proved to be case."
