LONDON-The fast-growing financial services group ING Direct has given a much-needed boost to the struggling Thames Valley office market by taking another 22,800 sf at Oracle’s 560 Thames Valley Park. It now occupies all but part of the ground floor of the 65,000-sf building, and it is taking an option over this space.

Originally ING took a sublease on 33,090 sf on the first floor and part of the ground floor. Now it has taken a co-terminus sublease on the 22,800 sf second floor, until July 2014 at a total annual rental of £641,806 ($1.2 million). Lambert Smith Hampton and Holley Blake were letting agents.
