Jack Coury, SVP, industrial group and Scott Lyons, VP, industrial group, were both awarded for "Most Completed Transactions." Russell Barnett, VP, director of retail services, was presented with the "Most External Referrals" award. Dan Labes, SVP, industrial group received the "Outstanding Quarterly Salesperson" award for fourth quarter 2003 as well as the Jimmy Valvano award for his contributions throughout the year. The "Top Producer for 2003" award went to Neal Warling, SVP, office group.

Among the promotions announced were:

• Randall Allman to VP, industrial services group, specializing in the Downriver Industrial Market.

• Scott Lyons to VP, industrial services group, specializing in industrial and high-tech properties in the western Wayne and northwest Oakland County areas.

• Chuck Ginster to SVP, industrial services group, specializing in industrial and high-tech/office leasing and sales in the Detroit Metropolitan area.
