Law Firm Takes Floor at Broadway 655

SAN DIEGO-Best, Best & Krieger signs a lease for nearly 20,000 sf at the Broadway 655 office tower, which is currently under construction. The agreement is valued at more than $6 million.

SAN DIEGO-Lankford & Associates Inc. has landed another law firm for its Broadway 655 office tower, which is currently under construction in Downtown San Diego. Best, Best & Krieger has signed a lease valued at more than $6 million to occupy a full floor in the $140-million development, which is being touted as the first class A office facility to rise in downtown since 1991.

According to the terms of the 10-year lease, BBK will occupy Broadway 655′s 16th floor, which encompasses a total of 19,887 sf. The agreement includes two five-year renewal options, according to Lankford & Associates CEO Rob Lankford.

Other firms that have committed to space in Broadway 655 include Peterson & Price, Webcor and Five Star Parking. Law firm Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP will occupy 135,000 sf here, as the project’s anchor tenant.
