ROSEVILLE, MI-Schostak Brothers are taking a new approach to leasing booths and kiosks in its two Detroit area malls. The company, which operates about 50 properties mostly in the metro Detroit area, has named new specialty leasing managers at the Macomb Mall in Roseville and at the Laurel Park Place Mall in Livonia.

The managers will focus on their individual mall, freeing up Laurie Baker, who had been overseeing all specialty leasing for the Southfield-based company. Baker will now focus her attentions on Schostak’s two dozen or so strip malls and neighborhood centers. The specialty leasing managers at the two malls will also report to her.
